Daryl Lantz, Director of IT Services
Daryl began his IT career at a computer sales and service company in Independence, Kansas. He then started his own successful IT business in Kansas, sold his share of the business to his partner and moved to Maryland.
Daryl has worked for FCA Tech since 1999, and has guided our clients and engineers through scores of changes in the IT industry. Daryl's philosophy matches FCA Tech's, Keep fresh and stay current in the IT industry in order to stay competitive.
Daryl is certified in Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, WatchGuard, Citrix, and Security Tech.

Douglas Hiser, Network Engineer
Doug has been in the information technology field for over 10 years. He started out as an entry level programmer in COBOL and FORTRAN for Y2K before finding his true niche in networking and server management.
Doug holds certifications for Windows 2003 (MCSE), WatchGuard Firewall Tech and VMware server virtualization products.

Tony Wilson, IT Service Desk
Tony is in charge of customer service for the Technology Services team. He is the point of contact for our clients who require IT issue resolution.
Tony has extensive background in the customer service field, primarily in the hospitality industry. Before joining our team, he managed and trained employees and developed processes for delivering exceptional customer service.
Since joining FCA Tech in 2008, Tony has expanded his knowledge in the IT field while utilizing his strong foundation in customer service.
