It is a highly valuable add to Timberline. It has some quirks that I hope will be worked out in the next update, but overall pretty good. Easy to learn, even for field guys. It makes going green finally a possibility in the construction world! So glad we bought it. It is a little pricey but will definitely pay for itself over time.
I was thinking it might be overkill for us, but it just makes everything so much more efficient. Only downside...I probably don't get as much exercise walking around the office.
If you ever need me to talk to clients about it, no problem.

What a difference FCA Tech makes
We needed someone that knew the software, as well as understood the construction industry. Since bringing Jacquie in our issues have settled down and things are running a lot more smoothly. Jacquie is knowledgeable, resolves issues promptly and has increase confidence in our system.
I wish I had known about FCA 10 years ago.
We had two other companies manage our IT needs for 10 years before making the switch to FCA. I wish I had known about FCA 10 years ago. We have worked with Doug Hiser, Justin Lewis and Tony Wilson over the past few months and I cannot say enough good things about them. Doug managed our new server install that went as seamless as one could imagine. We barely had any disruption at all, we were in awe at how smooth the integration went.
Justin was on site earlier this week to repair a failed hard drive in a desktop and he was in and out in just a few hours and had one of key employees up and running. The guy is a genius.
Everyone we have had contact with at FCA Tech has been fantastic!
