Web Ex Classes are designed to be a group of mini sessions to enable you to get an overview of the application while at your desk. Each Class has 3 sessions and the cost per seat is $425
GENERAL LEDGER/JOB COST SETUP DECISIONS (Includes Core Accounting Applications)
Do you have anyone on your staff that could benefit from a fundamental understanding of the setup of General Ledger and Job cost? This class is designed to benefit all new Controllers, Assistants Controllers or CFO’s, in addition to key accounting personnel. This is also a good REFRESHER for existing users.
Session 1: General Ledger, Financial Statements and Timberline Maintenance
This session will review how the GL was setup. Review how to add new companies and GL accounts. How to setup a GL Budget. When and how to Open/Close Periods, Close the Month and Year.
