SERVICE MANAGEMENT NEXT STEP, SESSION 2: PURCHASING & INVENTORY.

NOTE REQUIREMENTS / PRE-REQUISITES, LISTED BELOW*.

Learn how to manage & track material costs through the Purchasing & Inventory features.

 

* Each company is required to have the SM Workflow manual for its employee(s) to refer to when taking any class in this series. The fee per company manual is $50. Once you register, your company will be asked to prepay this $50 fee. The manual will then be shipped directly to your place of business in time for your participation in your first class. This is a one-time fee per company, in addition to the $195 class fee per student, per session.

* Your company must have the Service Management Purchasing and/or Inventory add-on applications. 

* You must be familiar with how to create, schedule & bill work orders..

You may register for either or both classes in this series of two.
