SERVICE MANAGEMENT BASICS, SESSION 5: MANAGING MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS & TASKS.

Learn how to setup and bill maintenace contracts & schedule maintenance tasks in Service Management (SM). You may register for any or all classes in this series of five.

NOTE:  Each company is required to have both the SM Setup & SM Workflow manuals for its employee(s) to refer to when taking any class in this series. The fee per company for both manuals is $100 (2 x $50). Once you register, your company will be asked to prepay this $100 fee. The manuals will then be shipped directly to your place of business in time for your participation in your first class. This is a one-time fee per company, in addition to the $195 class fee per student, per session.
