PROJECT MANAGEMENT, SESSION 2: CONTRACTS

The Contracts (CN) application creates the structure for billing your clients. This session covers CN settings and their effect on how your company utilizes the application's features. You will also learn how to set up a Schedule of Values (SOV) template to quickly create new contracts. A review of workflow procedures will show you how to un-approve and/or modify approved contract items.
