Timberline Reconciliation Services
FCA Technologies will furnish Sage Timberline Office Accounting Reconciliation Services, planning and advice to Customer.
Services provided shall consist of:
- Monthly reconciliation of Bank Statement.
- Monthly reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers (AP, AR, PR, JC)
- Produce financial statements and month end reports
- Quarterly reconciliation of payroll accounts
- Reconciliation of specific accounts as directed
- Review log files, and provide file maintenance on a periodic basis
- Review and plan for upcoming upgrades from Timberline Software
- Written procedures for month-end
These services are specifically excluded from this agreement:
- Software setup, training and consulting services
- Custom report, inquiry and financial statement design services
- FCA IT Services
