Stephen is the Chief Operations Officer for the Technology Services Business Unit of FCA Technologies. He has a wide array of experience in the computer industry supplemented by his Military service. He has developed himself as a leader in the business community through his work and personal endeavors.
He graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelors of Arts in Professional Aeronautics and a Minor in Business. He served 4 years in the United States Coast Guard as a Search and Rescue Boat Operator.
Stephen is certified in Microsoft, WatchGuard, Citrix, Cisco, VMWare and Disaster Recovery based technologies.

Daryl began his IT career at the age of 18 at a computer sales & service company in Independence, Kansas. He soon started his own successful IT business in Kansas, sold his share of the business to his partner and moved to Maryland.
Daryl started working for FCA Technologies in the winter of 1999 as Director of IT Services. In his time with FCA, Daryl has guided our clients and our engineers through scores of changes in the IT industry. Daryl's philosophy matches FCA's → Keep fresh and current in the IT industry in order to stay competitive.
Daryl is certified in Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, WatchGuard, Citrix, and Security technologies. He is also familiar with several Apple products.

Doug has been in the IT field for over 10 years. He started out as an entry level programmer in COBOL and FORTRAN for Y2K before he found his true niche in networking and server management.
Doug currently holds certifications for Windows 2003 (MCSE), WatchGuard Firewall Technologies and VMware server virtualization products.

Tony is currently handling customer service within the Technology Services Team. He is the point of contact for our clients who need resolution of their IT issues.
Before joining FCA, Tony had extensive background in the customer service field, primarily in the hospitality industry. During that time, he managed & trained employees and developed methods for delivering exceptional customer service.
Since joining FCA's team in 2008, Tony has expanded his knowledge in the IT field while utilizing his strong foundation in customer service.
